What better time of year than the depths of winter to njoy a warmin, soul nourishing bowl of soup. Today's offerings are no mere tomato soup from a tin. We will start by making a rich & satisfying black bean, bacon & fresh thyme soup with chili & garlic shrimp, smoked paprika & harissa sour cream accompanied by fresh hot buttermilk biscuits. From there we'll move onto a bowl of hot & sour duck soup better than anything from your local Chinese takeaway. We will also make my favourite cheddar cornbread to accompany our soups.
