Join us this evening for a menu of Bistro favourites. Starting with a puff pastry vol-au-vent filled with herb & shallot cream cheese & awash with escargot swimming in garlic & parsley butter, we will also prepare tuna tartare with pickled red onions, capers & garlic croutons. For our main course we will enjoy pan-seared trout amandine with roast fingerling potatoes and to finish off an ethereal chocolate mousse with pecan shortbread.
