Chef Bruce Wood is back!
This is a glorious time of year with the end of the summer gardens. Let's celebrate in style with a menu putting all of the glorious produce to use. We'll start with one of the glories of the Italian kitchen Gnocchi smothered in a pancetta studded tomato sauce, Gnocchi all'amatriciana. Next we'll savour spicy lamb meatballs with a mint & chili relish to use the seasons last peppers. For our main we will enjoy Moroccan spiced chicken breast with Israeli couscous, roasted Fall vegetables, kale & basil pesto & a tapenade & chevre stuffed tomato.
For dessert we will enjoy one of my favourite sweet combinations chocolate & pears with a bittersweet chocolate brownie, honey poached pear, berry coulis, & rye whiskey anglaise.
