We welcome Chef Bruce back as we savour a meal of summer delights. To start a galette of Heirloom tomatoes, mascarpone, garlic & anchovies. We will also prepare a corn, black bean & tomato salsa with soused shrimp.
For our main we will enjoy beer brined chicken with a ragout of corn, zucchini, yellow beans, double smoked bacon & summer herbs. For dessert cornmeal & olive oil cake with Beatties vodka macerated cherries & lavender creme anglaise.
